Congratulations!

Since you're enrolling in an alumni curriculum of my High Performance Coaching you probably know how this works, but I wanted to give you a quick recap of the key points... 

While we get your first session scheduled, I want to share how all this will work for you:
One-On-One Coaching

  • Your High Performance Coaching sessions will be scheduled between you and your coach at a time convenient and confirmed by you.

  • At the date and time of your appointment, your coach will call you on the phone number you provided. If you ever need to change your number, just let your coach know.

  • Each High Performance Coaching session is scheduled to be 60 minutes (1 hour). Please be prepared by always showing up ready to learn, be vulnerable, challenge yourself, and commit to new habits and action plans. You're really going to LOVE this!

  • After each coaching session, your coach will email you their notes and your homework assignments.

  • Once your first session has been assigned, you will receive an email to gain access to your coaching portal. Use the link to get in touch with your coach regarding scheduling or homework questions. Your coach will not respond to extra coaching questions via this link.

  • We will send you more information about your appointment and your coach prior to your first High Performance Coaching Session.

  • IMPORTANT: Once your appointment is confirmed with your coach you will receive one more email with instructions for your homework and the High Performance Challenge.


High Performance Group Coaching

  • After you complete your one-on-one sessions, you will begin your High Performance Group Coaching accessible through your coaching portal.

  • Topics of Group Coaching sessions will change every week following the High Performance Coaching process and curriculum.

Online Course Bonuses

  • Our Growth Summit Masters series for this curriculum will be delivered to you via email within 24 hours so you can learn from our speakers our live summits. 

  • Each curriculum, from Core all the way to Leadership has its own Growth Summit Masters series. So be sure to look out for the email and/or log into your courses from your portal to find it.
